How does free vs Pro work?
Free: Guests get 4 exercises to try. Sign up to unlock all Lesen & Hören plus 7 AI evaluations for Schreiben & Sprechen. No card required.
Pro: Full access via one-time passes instead of a subscription — pay once for 14 to 180 days, from €14.99 incl. VAT. No auto-renew: access simply ends unless you extend. See Pricing for full details.How do I cancel? Do passes renew?
Nothing to cancel: passes are one-time payments for a fixed number of days. They never auto-renew — access simply ends when your pass expires, and we never charge you again unless you buy a new pass. Your receipt arrives by email from Stripe.
Progress: your progress is always saved. When a pass ends you keep the free tier, and a new pass from Pricing picks up exactly where you left off.
Refunds: we don't refund unused pass time unless the law requires it.
Still on an old Pro subscription? Go to Profile and use "Cancel subscription" or "Open billing portal" to cancel, update your card, or download invoices. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

You can do it yourself in the app. On your Dashboard, use "Reset all" to clear all progress, or use the reset control on each module card (Lesen, Hören, Schreiben, Sprechen) to clear only that pillar. Resets are permanent; you don't need to contact us.How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, scroll to the "Danger zone" section, and click "Delete my account". You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, progress, and data. An active pass doesn't block deletion, but any remaining pass time is lost without a refund. Only if you still have an old recurring Pro subscription do you need to cancel it in Profile first.How can I contact you?
